To celebrate National Small Business Week, business owners get free digital marketing tool
From May 2nd to May 8th, we celebrate National Small Business Week. To show our appreciation for those who serve our community every day, we’re launching the “Shop Small Upstate” campaign. We’ve designed a poster and customizable stickers, which are a call to action to shop the Upstate, SC. We’ve started with nine cities: Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Spartanburg, Easley, Fountain Inn and Inman, but we will continue to add cities on demand. At Bright, we’re all about connections, so this campaign aims to connect small, local businesses to customers in a meaningful way. It also provides small businesses with a free tool to increase their brand awareness in digital platforms.
A study from NielsenIQ’s global shows that approximately 50%-60% of U.S. shoppers who made their first e-commerce purchase between March and October in 2020 have already made a repeat purchase within the online channel. More than ever, customers are shopping online, so, more than ever, small businesses must have a strong online presence grounded on solid digital marketing strategies.
We’re doing our part in helping small businesses in the Upstate gain visibility and social media engagement. Now, we’re calling out people to do the same. Download the free poster and stickers from our website (www.BrightGraphicDesign.com), share them in your social media and tag your favorite small businesses. If you own a business, email us your logo at Hello@BrightGraphicDesign.com, along with the name of the city you want in your sticker, so we can customize one for you for free. If your city is not one of the nine listed above, email us the name of the city and we’ll create a sticker for you. The deadline to email us logos is May 31st.
Finally, when sharing the stickers online, add these hashtags: #shopsmallupstate #smallbusinessweek #growbrightly
